The job was completed the day we started it, unfortunately some of the sod died which is completely out of our control. We had to deal will the sod farm on warranty and work around the rainy weather we had last week. Once we had approval and a dry day it was fixed with no hassle, sorry we could not call you back 10 times a day to give you a play by play on the job status, we told you we would be back and we showed up and completed it.

You have no customer service. I paid my bill in full 12 days ago and the job is not done. I had to hound you even though you knew you laid a bad bunch of grass. Three times you said you would finish and You just don't do it and to add insult to injury you do not call to let me know. I get excuses but never an apology. You charge enough to make a customer assume you have customer service. I have been treated like someone who is demanding something for nothing! I paid my bill in cash right away!! You are resting on your laurels - be careful. Honest and paying customers should be treated with respect.
